for $2,275. The Soderstrom acreage abutted the Edlin farm. The deed was recorded in the office of the Pepin County Register
of Deeds on January 17, 1958. On February 6, 1958, at Soderstrom's request, the Edlins, by quit claim deed, reconveyed the land to Soderstrom for the same
